The Year-End Sprint Pledge

I will do my part as a Mentor by encouraging the agents and lenders in my office to register and fully participate in the Year-End Sprint.

Prior to meeting with my agents each week, I will:

• Log on to Blitz Central to download the Weekly Activity Checklist to make sure I stay connected and up-to-date on the program.

At our weekly meetings, I will:

• Acknowledge and celebrate the small victories of our team throughout the Year-End Sprint.
• Hold agents accountable to their personal Blitz standard and encourage them to record activities and results in their Lead Generation Tracker.

I also promise to maintain the integrity of the program:

• I will not duplicate Blitz materials.
• I will not redistribute any Blitz content or materials to individuals who have not paid for the program.
