Buffini & Company, Inc.'s refund policy for events and
products is as follows:
MasterMind Summit - Refunds/Cancellations
A refund is available if you fax or e-mail a request for a refund to
Buffini & Company which must be received no later than 90 days prior to the
event. Any cancellation within 90 days of the event will be subject to a 25%
cancellation fee. A credit equal to the amount owed under this agreement less
any cancellation fee is available if you fax or e-mail a request to Buffini
& Company which must be received no later than 30 days after this event.
This credit can be used for any Turning Point Retreat™ or other product or
event within one year of this event. The fax number for refunds or credits is

clientcare@buffiniandcompany.com. NO REFUND OR CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN FOR
REQUESTS MADE AFTER THESE DEADLINES AND ANY FEES PAID WILL BE FORFEITED.
Turning Point Retreats™
A refund is available if you fax or e-mail a request for a refund to
Buffini & Company which must be received prior to the day of the event. A
credit, which can be used for any Turning Point Retreat or other product or
event within one year of this event, is available if you fax or e-mail a
request to Buffini & Company which must be received no later than thirty
(30) days from this event. The fax number for refunds or credits is: 760 476

No refund or credit will be given for requests made after these deadlines and
any fees paid will be forfeited.
Subscription Products
Subscription products such as Brian Buffini's ClubNet™ Coaching and
Brian Buffini's Referral Systems™ are sold pursuant to a one-year contract. In
the event any monthly subscription product is damaged or defective, a
replacement will be provided. Contact

Other Products
Sales for other products such as books, tapes and clothing are final.
If any such product is defective or damaged it may be returned to Buffini &
Company within thirty (30) days of its receipt for a replacement. Contact
